Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Packito Cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
Purchasing
All sales are final unless an item is proven to be materially misrepresented or inauthentic. By placing an order you confirm that you have the legal right to make the purchase and that you accept the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency selected in your account settings. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and you will have the option to confirm or cancel.
Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase confirmation. High-value items are shipped with full insurance and signature-required delivery. Due to the nature of collectibles, we do not accept returns unless an item is proven to be inauthentic or materially different from its description. Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our platform to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent items, manipulate auction prices, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packito Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
